The opportunity

The Customer Success Manager is in charge of customer happiness. His/Her goals are client satisfaction and client retention. He/she is involved in setting up new accounts, onboard new customers, support and interact with existing customers. He/she ensures that our customers understand, internalize and experience the value of TrackAd throughout the duration of their journey with our company.

  • Support the client with TrackAd technical integration
  • Full training process of the client
  • Manage day to day communications with client once integration is complete
  • Provide ongoing consultative support to the client for existing and new features
  • Provide consulting about Digital Marketing
  • Assist in creating and/or maintaining product documentation such as user guides, FAQ and other training materials
  • Work closely with the Technical Support team to troubleshoot problems
  • Tools: TrackAd, Google Analytics, Jira, Yesware, Slack

 

Skills and experience

  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Ability to work in multi-tasking mode
  • Experience in digital marketing will be an advantage
  • Discipline, enthusiasm and good communication skills
  • English spoken, French will be an advantage

The opportunity

Part of the Client Management Team, the Marketing Campaign Manager serves as the face of TrackAd and is responsible for clients’ continued satisfaction with the platform and service.

  • Support the client in the TrackAd’s installation
  • Manage day to day communications with client once implementation is complete
  • Provide ongoing consultative support and training to client for existing and new features
  • Assist in creating and/or maintaining product documentation such as user guides, FAQ and other training materials
  • Work closely with the Technical Support team to troubleshoot problems and document
  • Monitor performances and bring smart insights to increase them
  • Identify upsell opportunities to expand TrackAd’s offering within existing clients

 

Qualifications and experience

  • 2 years in affiliate platforms or performance marketing environment
  • An understanding of the online advertising and performance marketing industry
  • Effective instructive abilities; clear verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
  • Proven capability in building effective long-term business relationships via phone and email
  • Ability to analyze data with advanced tools
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in Russian and good capacities in English

The opportunity

Part of the Sales Team, the Sales Manager is in charge of the TrackAd commercialization. From the prospect identification to the contract’s signature, you control all the steps of the sales process. You behave with prospects, suppliers and competitors by respecting the ethic code of the company.

  • Organize the commercial prospection: planning, contacts, meetings
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Keep up to date with products and competitors
  • Participate to the development process of the product TrackAd and the customer interface
  • Interact with technical and marketing team
  • Assist in creating and/or maintaining commercial documentation
  • Monitor and update the CRM tool (Pipedrive)
  • Tools: TrackAd, Pipedrive, Jira, Slack, Google Analytics

 

Skills and experience

  • 3 years of experience in eCommerce as a service provider: affiliate, performance agency, Saas technology
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Energetic and driven by nature, self-motivated, appetite for leadership and ownership
  • Ability to read and understand analytics data
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced multi-task environment with limited supervision
  • Team spirit, enthusiasm, optimism
  • Fluency in Russian and good capacities in English
