This internship\/apprenticeship will be different from others because:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

  • You will get behind-the-scenes insights into a bootstrapped, growing tech company, structured and led by experienced executives.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • You will participate in the co-development and continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes that support our growth, and you will also discover aspects related to finance (preparing funding files, modeling), tax (CIR), legal (corporate management), HR (personnel management), etc.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • You will work in an international environment, particularly on managing our subsidiaries in Germany and Armenia, and will be in daily contact with English-speaking stakeholders.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    Your impact & daily responsibilities if you join us:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    • You will actively participate in financial performance management by ensuring proper analytical tracking of our revenues and expenses, preparing our monthly accounting closings, and conducting ad hoc financial analyses.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • You will assist in managing the client cycle, including invoice tracking, applying pricing grids, payment tracking and reconciliation, and handling overdue collections.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • You will learn to manage administrative aspects of social matters (payroll, expense reports, time tracking).<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • You will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and energy to the continuous improvement of our Administrative & Financial processes.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Have a good command of English, capable of conversing via email, explaining detailed reasoning verbally, and participating in meetings.<\/span><\/li>
