    The opportunity

    Part of the Client Management Team, the Marketing Campaign Manager serves as the face of TrackAd and is responsible for clients’ continued satisfaction with the platform and service.

    • Management of clients’ paid traffic sources (Affiliate platforms, retargeting, display, SEM)
    • Daily monitoring of the campaigns KPIs and modificatin of campaign settings
      Daily communication with clients and suppliers
    • Presentation and report preparation
    • Provide ongoing consultative support to the client for existing and new features
    • Building of strong relationship with clients
    • Tools: TrackAd, Google Analytics, Jira, Yesware, Slack
    • Interaction with technical team

     

    Qualifications and experience

    • 2 years in affiliate platforms or performance marketing environment
    • An understanding of the online advertising and performance marketing industry
    • Effective instructive abilities; clear verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
    • Proven capability in building effective long-term business relationships via phone and email
    • Ability to analyze data with advanced tools
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Fluency in Russian and good capacities in English

    Our Customer Success team is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Our area of work requires different challenges, such as: help customers achieve their desired outcomes and goals, prevent churn, managing internal projects linked to customers’ onboarding and satisfaction, write useful materials for users and team.  

    We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for the following tasks:

    • Building long-term relationship with our customers
    • Helping our customers with technical and marketing integration of the tools (analytic solution, traffic sources accounts, CRM systems)
    • Customers’ onboarding: video-trainings, explanation of features
    • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
    • Daily communication with TrackAd internal and external users   
    • Identifying customers at risk and prevent churn 
    • Creation of useful things for customers and team: articles, videos and presentations
    • Helping product team to make the tool better every day by gathering feedback from our customers

     

    We are interested in:

    • Ability to write accurate and structured emails
    • Multitasks management

    • English level B1

    The opportunity

    Part of the Sales Team, the Sales Manager is in charge of the TrackAd commercialization. From the prospect identification to the contract’s signature, you control all the steps of the sales process. You behave with prospects, suppliers and competitors by respecting the ethic code of the company.

    • Organize the commercial prospection: planning, contacts, meetings
    • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
    • Keep up to date with products and competitors
    • Participate to the development process of the product TrackAd and the customer interface
    • Interact with technical and marketing team
    • Assist in creating and/or maintaining commercial documentation
    • Monitor and update the CRM tool (Pipedrive)
    • Tools: TrackAd, Pipedrive, Jira, Slack, Google Analytics

     

    Skills and experience

    • 3 years of experience in eCommerce as a service provider: affiliate, performance agency, Saas technology
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
    • Energetic and driven by nature, self-motivated, appetite for leadership and ownership
    • Ability to read and understand analytics data
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced multi-task environment with limited supervision
    • Team spirit, enthusiasm, optimism
    • Fluency in Russian and good capacities in English

    We are looking for a Full-Stack PHP Developer for the following tasks:

    • Maintaining and improving existing services to support different TrackAd systems;
    • Follow-up of products tasks from draft to the production stage;
    • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

     

    We are interested in:

    • More than 2 years of development experience in PHP;
    • Good knowledge of relational DB (MySQL / PostgreSQL);
    • Good knowledge of frontend technologies (JS, HTML, CSS);
    • English level B1;
    • Proactivity, fast thinking, efficiency, team spirit.

     

    Will be a great advantage:

    • Development experience with Vue.js;
    • Experience with ClickHouse;
    • DevOps skills.
